Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by participants until 20 September 2025 are possible with a 90% refund of the contribution.
Cancellations by participants between 20 September and 10 October 2025 are possible with a 50% refund of the contribution.
No refund will be given for cancellations after 10 October 2025.
All money transfer expenses are paid by the participant.
