Who are we?
This Privacy Policy is issued by the organising team of We Love Ibiza – Tango Embrace,an international cultural tango event taking place in Ibiza, Spain, from 14 to 19 October 2026.
We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data collected during registration (such as name, contact details, and paymentinformation) will be used exclusively for purposes related to:
- Event registration and participation
- Communication regarding the event
- Administrative and organisational management
- Legal and accounting obligations
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the organisation of the event (e.g. payment providers) or where required by law.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation conditions apply to all registrations for the edition taking place from 14 to 19 October 2026:
- Cancellations by participants until 12 September 2026 are possible with a 90% refund of the contribution
- Cancellations by participants between 13 September and 2 October 2026 are possible with a 50% refund of the contribution.
- No refund will be given for cancellations after 2 October 2026.
- All money transfer expenses are paid by the participant.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable administrative timeframe after written confirmation of cancellation.
The organisation reserves the right to modify the event programme if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. In the event of cancellation of the entire event by the organiser, participants will be entitled to a refund of the contribution paid, excluding any external service fees not controlled by the organisation.
